  • Health & Lifestyle Data: Information provided via our intake forms, including nutrition habits, stress levels, and sleep patterns.

  • Biometric & Wearable Data: Quantitative markers such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Resting Heart Rate, and sleep architecture exported from your wearable devices (Garmin, Oura, Whoop, etc.).

2. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Biological Analysis: To identify "biological friction" and patterns in your physiology.

  • Protocol Customisation: To create evidence-based micro-adjustments for your 12-week course.

  • Progress Tracking: To monitor your physiological response to the implemented protocols in real-time.

3. Data Security & Storage

  • Confidentiality: We do not share, sell, or trade your health data with third parties, including insurance providers or employers.

  • Secure Platforms: We utilise encrypted, industry-standard platforms (such as Squarespace and Google Workspace) to store your records.

  • Data Retention: We retain your data for the duration of your 12-week audit. Following the completion of the course and delivery of your "Soma-Manual," you may request the permanent deletion of your files.

4. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.

  • Rectification: Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Erasure: Request that we delete your personal and biological data at any time.

5. Consent

By completing the SomaMetric intake form and participating in the 15-minute strategy session, you provide explicit consent for us to process your "Special Category" health data for the purposes of biological optimisation.
