We’ll hop on a 15-minute no-obligation call to discuss your results. I’ll walk you through the primary 'biological friction' I see in your data and explain the next steps to fix it. This is where we decide if SomaMetric is the right fit for your goals.
Step 3: The Deep Dive
If you’re ready to proceed, we begin the optimisation phase. This phase is a 12 week process and we will be with you every step of the way. Don't have a wearable? No problem. I provide a device for the duration of your audit (deposit required). We’ll use this precise data to build your personalized performance roadmap.
Your 12-Week Programme
Weeks 1–2: The Calibration Phase
Hardware Integration: Syncing your existing wearable or shipping your SomaMetric loan device.
Baseline Establishment: We start mapping your data - HRV, Resting Heart Rate, and Sleep Architecture - before any interventions begin.
Nutritional Audit: You provide a thorough food diary so we can analyse your nutritional habits.
Weeks 3–8: The Implementation Phase
Precision Protocols: Introducing micro-adjustments to nutrient timing and circadian alignment based on your specific biomarkers.
Feedback Loops: Weekly data reviews where we correlate your "subjective feel" with your objective data to see what is actually moving the needle.
Stress Management: Adjusting recovery windows to ensure your nervous system is actually "downshifting" after high-performance bouts.
Weeks 9–12: The Integration Phase
Biological Stabilisation: We observe how your markers settle into their new, optimised baselines.
Autonomy Training: I teach you how to "read" your own data so you can make your own adjustments in the future.
Off-Boarding: Device return (if applicable) and delivery of your permanent "Soma-Manual" for long-term health maintenance.

Autonomy Training: Education on how to interpret your own biomarkers so you don't need a coach forever.
